Turkey for Thanksgiving!

Mussels, Moonshine, and Music

Learn about Mississippi Valley migrant life in the early 20th century. Dennis Stroughmatt will take us on a voyage of discovery using performance and presentation including artifacts, photos, folktales, and river-based musical styles. The program begins at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 15. Refreshments will be provided by the Mt. Morris Community Library Foundation. Storytime and Crafts with Mrs. Claus

During Christmas on the Village Square Mrs. Claus will visit the library to read stories to the younger children (at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30). Craft activities will be available to children from preschool through 5th grade. Cookies and hot chocolate will be served.
